Barry was founded in August of 2020 by Ryan Griffin

We're proud to design and manufacture our products here in Melbourne, Australia. 

We believe that it's important to not contribute unnecessarily to the world's waste problem. That's why we create timeless pieces that can be passed down from one generation to the next. Our limited runs and minimal restocking ensures that we help achieve this goal. 

We're also committed to being as transparent as possible when it comes to our fabrics and materials.

We pride ourselves on being as transparent as possible when it comes to the sourcing and production of our fabrics. You can find the origin information for each product on its specific product page, under the materials and transparency sections. 

We understand that we aren't perfect yet, but we committed to continual improvement in our practices to ensure that people making the garments are paid and treated fairly and reducing our carbon footprint.

Good Earth Cotton® is grown in Moree, Victoria and is completely traceable back to its source - meaning you can be confident that it's been sustainably sourced - https://www.goodearthcotton.com/

Our canvas and cotton twill are a product of India. Lastly, our polyester is a product from China purchased as deadstock fabric. Fabric that was previously owned by another retailer that no longer wanted or needed it so we purchased it to give it a second life.
