When will my order be shipped?

We will do our best to have your order and tracking information to you within 12 hours of your purchase. In some instances, it can take up to 36 hours for an order to be completely processed and shipped, but if that's the case, rest assured you will be contacted along the way.

We aim to ship all orders within the day of or the next business day upon receiving your order.

Do you ship worldwide?

At this point and time we offer shipping to a few countries outside of Australia.

However if you're happy to pay a little bit extra to have something shipped to you in another country, we're happy to oblige.

Please send us an email at support@1957barry.au and we'll do our best to get something over to you.

All customers, regardless of shipping zone are responsible for any additional taxes incurred upon entry into their country.

Are all of your products made in Australia?

At this, every single product we offer, aside from our hats as stipulates on our product page, are designed and manufactured here in Australia, with you in mind.

Moving forward our goal is to have 100% of garments made here in Aus.

Which size do I need?

We have size guides on each product listing with all the measurements of that specific item, please inspect these for further assistance for each individual item.

Our products are made with a generous amount of wiggle room in most cases, but if in doubt, it's always a good idea to size up.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail verifying that we have received your order.

Once the order is shipped, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your tracking number, enabling you to track your order on our provider's website.

I have made a mistake, how do I cancel / modify my order?

If you've made a mistake or would like to cancel your order, please contact us with your order number immediately at support@1957barry.au and we'll do our best to rectify the problem for you.

Sometimes it may not be possible to change or cancel an order if it has already been processed and shipped. Please keep that in mind, urgency is the key here.
